Debbie Wahlenmaier has been involved in Corner of Love since 2011 when the mission hosted our largest team ever – over 130 people from her state! Since then she has stayed true to her own personal commitment of improving the lives of impoverished families by serving with our mission. In and around Denver Debbie has hosted supplies drives, brought the prayer needs of Nicaragua to many circles of friends, and been an active advocate at schools and churches. Together with her husband Troy she looks forward to further connecting corporate and civic groups with the work being done at Corner of Love’s Relief Center in northern Costa Rica, where she last volunteered in April 2022.
