Team Aldersgate from Augusta, Georgia came to San Ramon with two doctors, three nurses, and 16 other supporting team members. In four days of clinics in local villages, the team was able to treat 1126 patients in the medical clinic, giving out 3150 prescriptions. The team was also able to give reading glasses to 409 people in need. The children of our church also provided coloring books, crayons, small toys and bracelets that were distributed to the children each day.
All of the arrangements made by Corner of Love provided us with an environment of success—from the ground work done in-country beforehand to the transportation, to the accommodations, to meals, to the clinic logistics. It all made our trip productive and worthwhile.
